Cookery Courses in Kilkenny

Each year we run a small number of residential courses at Croan Cottages in Kilkenny. These courses include: Residential Cookery Courses Foraging Courses Smallholding Courses Butchery Courses Beekeeping Courses Fly Fishing Courses

As well as delivering some of the courses ourselves, we invite very special tutors to deliver our courses. Our guest tutors have included:

• Tim Maddams, Wild Food expert & Former Head Chef at River Cottage
• John Wright, Natural History expert and River Cottage’s mushroom expert.
