Croan’s Favourite BBQ Recipe: Lamb Burgers with Mint and Garlic
This is a guest favourite, especially when served with salad greens from the garden and crusty local bread:
Ingredients:
- 500g minced lamb
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- A small handful of fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Shape into 4–6 burgers, depending on your preferred size.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Grill on the BBQ for about 5–6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Serve in a bun or with a fresh salad and tzatziki.
